Billing Specialist

Your role will also involve responding to customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems
• Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely and organized manner
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to billing
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Execute accounting functions using ADP - Financial Services
• Ensure accurate and efficient computerized billing
• Utilize EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software for managing customer records
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
• Respond to and manage answering inbound calls from customers
• Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management and record keeping.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Construction Industry experience
• Experience with Computerized Billing
• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM
• Proficiency in Epic Software
• Experience with About Time software
• Competence in various Accounting Functions
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
