About Our Client

Our client specializes in industrial automation, fluid control, and engineered solutions. They typically provide products and services such as pneumatic systems, hydraulic components, automation controls, and custom-engineered solutions for various industrial applications.

• Design and create electrical schematics and drawings using AutoCAD
• Generate pneumatic and hydraulic schematics and drawings in AutoCAD
• Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic design drawings to identify electrical requirements.
• Utilize SolidWorks for 3D design tasks.
• Develop logic designs using Omron and Unitronics PLCs and HMI units.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Assemble, power up, and configure electrical systems to meet application specifications.
• Inspect assembly work performed by technicians and assemblers, addressing inquiries as needed.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to provide customer application support and assist in preparing quotes.
• Design conceptual circuits and generate quotes.
• Select and recommend suitable product components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system circuits and major components.
• Provide customers with circuit and system design assistance.

Customer and Supplier Engagement:

• Communicate with customers to discuss applications, offer technical advice, and resolve technical questions.
• Work with supplier technical teams to obtain necessary information and support, ensuring accurate and timely responses for both internal and external customers.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accompanied by hands-on experience in industrial automation, including expertise in electrical design and PLC programming/troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in designing pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
• Competence in electrical circuit design.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and achieve results through teamwork.
• Strong aptitude in electrical and mechanical systems, with a deep understanding of advanced fluid power, electrical, and electronic technologies.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Knowledgeable in industry standards such as NEC, ASME, UL, and CE.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and customer service personnel, aiming to resolve technical and application challenges for end users.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to ensure clear communication of critical activities within and outside the organization.
