Senior Account Executive, Private Label Walmart

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive for our Private Label division focusing on Walmart. This role is crucial in managing key accounts and driving the growth of our private label products within one of the largest retailers in the world.

You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance our partnership with Walmart, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer expectations. Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with Walmart's private label team to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with Walmart's buying cycle
  • Analyze and report on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create tailored private label offerings
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demands to optimize supply chain operations
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to Walmart's decision-makers
  • Navigate the complexities of retail buying and develop strategies to improve sales and inventory turns
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality and timely delivery
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably with a focus on large retail accounts
  • Proven experience working with Walmart or other major retailers is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
