Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
