• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to company processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
