Food Sanitation Tech - 3rd Shift
The ideal candidate would have direct food manufacturing experience in a sanitation department.

Responsibilities- Dismantles, cleans, and reassembles assigned machinery or equipment as identified by their supervisor.
- Properly uses tools and operates equipment, including high pressure hoses for various cleaning processes.
- Understands the basic operation and function of machinery to clean effectively.
- Demonstrates the ability to choose and operate, in a safe manner, various tools and equipment, relative to the assigned task.
- Prepares cleaning solutions properly as specified on by manufacturer’s instructions, Tech Data Sheets, SSOP's or by the direction of the Sanitation Manager or Foreperson.
- Ensures all chemicals are secured.
- Follows SSOP's (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for cleaning tasks.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform all assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Reports to Sanitation Manager and Foreperson any issues in completing assigned tasks.
- Keeps Engineering and Supervision informed of any equipment issues.
- Demonstrates the ability to work and communicate effectively with other employees.
- Ensures equipment and cleaning utensils are suitably identified for intended use by colors or labels and are stored to prevent contamination.
- Contributes to the production of a consistent food safe and quality product through maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
