Heritage Home Service is looking for a dependable and skilled Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Duct Cleaning Technician to enhance our dynamic team. This crucial role involves the thorough cleaning and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential properties.

We're seeking someone who embodies a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of HVAC duct systems to pinpoint areas needing cleaning
Utilize specialized tools and equipment for efficient cleaning of HVAC components, such as ducts and vents
Safely remove debris and contaminants from HVAC systems
Install filters and components to improve indoor air quality
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance
