Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
- Maintain accurate customer credit records
- Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
- Lead daily operations such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger system
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with regulatory reporting as applicable
- Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics
- Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes designing systems and processes, migrating data, testing, training, and administrating
- Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
- Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
- Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software
- Ability to oversee all Accounting Functions
- Experience with managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proven track record in Auditing
- Ability to handle Billing Functions
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
