ROBERT HALF LEGAL is partnering with an industry leading firm that specializes in elder abuse and medical malpractice defense seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal. This role requires 5 years of experience, exceptional organizational skills, and involvement in the whole litigation process.
Tasks include case preparation, document management, and legal research. Most work is remote during standard hours. No billable hours needed. Ideal candidates are based in California.

Main duties include:
- Case management
- Legal research
- Document prep
- Discovery
- Court filings
- Calendar management
Qualifications:
- ABA Paralegal Cert
- 5+ years of Civil Litigation experience
- Strong written and oral skills
Nice to have: Clio and MyCase legal software experience
