Job Overview:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool provides quality nursing care in accordance with the nursing process, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards and deliver patient-centered care. This role requires floating to different units as needed, ensuring that the hospital’s needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
• Plan and implement individualized nursing care based on patient and family needs.
• Make interventions based on the patient’s unique situation.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Take personal responsibility for patient care quality, satisfaction, environment, and personal development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Telemetry experience.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Completion of at least 1 travel assignment.
• Paragon EMR experience.
• ACLS certification.
