Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will play a key role in the successful execution of projects for a reputable developer in Raleigh. This position involves direct collaboration with various teams to ensure that construction operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent
- Effectively collaborating with the Project Management team
- Monitoring and tracking daily progress reports
- Coordinating activities with subcontractors
- Ensuring the project adheres to budgetary and scheduling constraints

My client is looking for a talented Assistant Superintendent with extensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to assist in project execution, manage subcontractor coordination, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.This role is essential for promoting teamwork among members and achieving successful project results.
The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh should have the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of field experience (Assistant Superintendent/Field Engineer/Project Engineer, etc.) with a General Contractor or Developer
- Required background in multifamily projects
- A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency with relevant software tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
