Responsibilities:
The Regional Director of Construction will direct/supervise the Project Management staff and assist the VP of F & C & Corporate Director of Construction in managing and directing on-going construction projects for the organization. Will inspect OSHPD permitted projects as assigned by the VP of F & C.Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects, shall ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- California Licensed Architect
- OSHPD IOR, Class A or B license
- California Driver’s license
- Three (3) years’ experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Project Planner
Preferred qualifications:
- Four year college degree or vocational training specific to this occupation preferred
