We are seeking a Full Time Program Manager to supervise and provide substance use treatment programming. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring quality of patient care, directing clinical services and promotion of services in the communities, monitors clinical records, and provides direct patient services.

As the Program Manager you will:

  • Assist the Director in providing clinical supervision, training, and guidance to counselors in delivering high-quality treatment and recovery support services to patients.
  • Establish and maintain good referral linkages with all state substance use disorder programs, United Way agencies, other local organizations, and other ASAC component supervisors to ensure a consistent referral base.
  • Maintain compliance with all ASAC policies an
  • d procedures, state licensing standards as determined by the Department of Health, Substance Abuse Division, and requirements set by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
  • Intervene in all crisis situations where the welfare and/or reputation of the program may be adversely affected by staff or patient behavior.
  • Ensure that proper clinical record keeping occurs within appropriate time frames and that each patient record is an honest and complete reflection of the services rendered by ASAC staff.
  • Train all counselors under your direct supervision in the areas of: pharmacology, counseling techniques; appropriate record keeping; state licensing standards; psychotherapy; behavioral therapies; family, group and marital therapies; supportive community services; and ASAC policies and procedures.
  • Select relevant group topics and discussion areas, lead groups or assigns a specific counselor(s) to facilitate, or co-facilitate said groups.
  • Maintain weekly work plans, staff evaluations and other records required for good personnel management.
  • Evaluate ongoing program effectiveness and formulate recommendations for change.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree in a human services field This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass an extensive background check
