Job Description

Reporting directly into the Regional Technical Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

  • New product development and project management tasks and responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with customers, engineering, quality, sales, production
  • Oversee full product lifecycle from design to manufacturing
  • Coordinate product development timelines
  • Assess NPI initiatives
  • Contribute to technical evaluations of equipment
  • Collaborate with teams to implement necessary processes and methods

The Successful Applicant
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline required
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, NPI
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management
  • Experience in CNC machining, assembly, molding
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred
  • Ability to work independently
