My client is a world leader in producing specialty products used in plastics applications around the world. This company manufactures products for well known, reputable companies that rely on their innovative technology.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the Regional Technical Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

New product development and project management tasks and responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with customers, engineering, quality, sales, production
Oversee full product lifecycle from design to manufacturing
Coordinate product development timelines
Assess NPI initiatives
Contribute to technical evaluations of equipment
Collaborate with teams to implement necessary processes and methods

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline required
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, NPI
At least 1 year of experience in project management
Experience in CNC machining, assembly, molding
Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred
Ability to work independently
