job summary: Human Resources Generalist - $65,000 to $80,000
Opportunity to have an immediate and direct impact on the day to day operations of a growing privately held company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources professional to come into a great company and develop, lead and implement strategies related to recruitment, employee engagement, employee performance and employee relations.
That said - because of the mid-sized nature of the company - this is definitely a "hands on" role that will also focus on benefits administration, payroll processing and general Human Resources administration tasks.
