Front Desk Coordinator

We are currently seeking an efficient and responsible individual for a one-day assignment to help manage polling operations for our local Homeowners Association (HOA) election on October 12th, from 7:30AM to 5:30PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting voters when they arrive at the polling station
• Managing electoral paperwork and maintaining voter registration records
• Ensuring all voting procedures are adhered to and regulations played by

Ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a keen attention to detail, and be able to maintain confidentiality and neutrality during the election process.
