Note: Previous Escrow Closing experience at a Title company is required.

Our client is looking for a Closing Agent based on Baldwin County, Alabama.

Specific duties of the Title and Closing Agent will include, but are not limited to:

Job Duties:

Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction. Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.

Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.

Provide superior customer service in alignment with the companys mission, vision and core values. Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.

Assist and support other team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary.

TheQualifications:

College degree is preferred, but not required

Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred)
