Consultant - Consumer Products - Brussels
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Consultant in Bains Consumer Products (CP) Practice at our Brussels office, you will help leading companies navigate disruption, achieve sustainable growth, and maintain their competitive edge.
Your role will include:
Delivering impactful solutions: Partner with clients in sectors such as food, beverages, personal care, and luxury goods to develop winning strategies using tools like Bain Radar 360 Strategy.
Driving growth and innovation: Accelerate brand growth, optimize go-to-market models, and reshape portfolios through strategic M&A. Support clients in integrating sustainability into their strategies to turn ESG challenges into opportunities.
Enhancing operational performance: Streamline operating models, improve supply chains, and leverage Bains tools to drive efficiencies and meet ESG targets.
Focusing on consumers: Deepen client understanding of consumer behavior to deliver personalized, data-driven results using tools like Bains Brand Accelerator.

ABOUT YOU

Academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or CSR is valued.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Consumer Products/Retail sector or in consulting is mandatory.
A solid team player who is also an independent thinker.
A robust analytical skillset, endless curiosity, and a penchant for thinking the impossible.
Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are important.
Fluency in English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch are encouraged but not required.
