Project Coordinator

The work environment will require you to handle project engagement, manage relationships, oversee communications, control resources, and handle budgets.

• Assist in the management of project life cycles, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage project and program expectations.
• Oversee the development of project charters and manage the tracking of project outcomes.
• Handle change requests, risks, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Keep leadership updated with reporting status regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Contribute to the improvement process to establish best practices, standard templates, and program policies.
• Use industry best practices to ensure solutions align with client goals.
• Participate in the collection and dissemination of data, using performance data to create and execute improvements.
• Utilize tools like CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Workfront to manage and monitor customer accounts.
• Handle budget processes and ensure appropriate action is taken as necessary. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within the healthcare or NHS industry
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Budget Processes, and Microsoft Visio
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in managing contracts
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management software
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an added advantage.
