Database Analyst

We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Detail Oriented Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will be tasked with tasks such as data extraction, analysis, and visualization to help drive strategic business decisions and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Transform raw data into usable datasets from various sources for further analysis
• Utilize Alteryx to build and maintain data preparation, blending, and automation workflows
• Implement effective validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data modeling and analysis
• Develop ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide critical insights
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations using Power BI to effectively communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Develop automated workflows using Alteryx to streamline recurring analysis and reporting processes
• Constantly evaluate and enhance existing reporting tools and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency in managing and manipulating Database Objects and Database Systems
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications
• Strong understanding and application of Business Intelligence (BI) principles
• Ability to create comprehensive dashboards for data visualization
• Proven experience in Data Analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with Alteryx tool for advanced analytics
• Skilled in utilizing Power BI for interactive data visualization
• Knowledge of Excel VBA for automation of tasks within the Excel environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and calculations
• Expertise in creating and applying Excel Formulas for complex computations
• Excellent Data Management skills, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
