Job Description
A Client Services/New Business Associate is an integral part of the overall client/office experience. A high degree of direct communication with clients and office associates is required, ensuring a satisfying and memorable experience. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a can-do-attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong aptitude for learning.The ability to effectively prioritize workloads and complete tasks within well-defined guidelines and time constraints is essential. Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical due to the paperwork and processes upon which clients and the internal team depend.
This person is an intelligent analytical thinker with the ability to draw on a range of resources to ensure a high-quality outcome across the position’s responsibilities.
Tasks (not all-inclusive)- Life insurance – NC Life License, handle life insurance new business and service, review and resolve Client Alerts, etc.
- Investment/Account openings– SIE, Series 6 and 63, handle investment new business and service.
- Meetings – Keep up with Office calendar, scheduling, preparation for client meetings, meeting note follow-up, annual review tracking and scheduling, greeting visitors/clients, etc.
- Marketing Duties(shared) – Social Media planning/scheduling/posting, Christmas party (or other event) planning and communications, Birthday/Anniversary/Christmas cards and e-mail communications, etc.
- In office duties (shared) – Projects, mail, dishes, food pickup.
