Position Summary:
Joining Orlando Health as a wholly owned hospital in 2020, the conveniently located OrlandoHealth Saint Cloud Hospital is an 84-bed full-service medical and surgical facility serving the
residents of St. Cloud and the surrounding Osceola County communities for more than 55 years.
The hospital offers numerous specialties, including diagnostic imaging, cardiovascular
diagnostics and treatment, orthopedics and surgical services. Recognized as a Primary Stroke
Center, a 24-hour Emergency Department treats children and adults, including a designated
geriatric section for specialized emergency care. Orlando Health St. Cloud offers a range of
outpatient services, including surgery, rehabilitation and a Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Center
with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. With the adjacent Orlando Health Medical Pavilion — housing
primary care and specialty physician practices, laboratory services and a walk-in clinic — the

Responsibilities:
The supervisor of Imaging Services monitorsthe daily operations of patient and staff workflow efficiently and accurately to ensure high quality patient care and directly supervisesImaging personnel.
Essential Functions- Directsthe work of technologists and supportstaff to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy to achieve high quality care.
- Establishes and productively assesses and corrects staffing patterns that support excellent customer service.
- Ensuresimages meet the established Quality Control standards.
- Applies the principles of radiation protection and safety to minimize exposure to patients, self, and others.
- Consistently exercises professional judgement and maintains a professional demeanor.
- Communicates and interacts closely with the scheduling department, Physicians, and Radiologiststo ensure optimal patient/staff flow and resolves patient care issues.
- Compiles, monitors, and analyzes data for critical success factors, Joint Commission, and budget variance reports.
- Interacts and works with other departmentsupervisors and staff to continually improve patient care issues(i.e., tasksforces, focus studies, PI teams, steering committees). Performs PI initiatives, and processflow changes as directed.

Qualifications:
This position is aimed at streamlining our staffing, managing supply orders, and overseeing daily operations within our imaging department.- Associate’s degree required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Must meet one of the following:
- Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure by the State of Florida AND valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; or
- Valid American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) AND maintains current BLS/Health Care Provider
certification required
One (1) year of experience in Radiology or Radiology Specialty, as applicable for area. (E.g., MRI, Sonography, CT, etc. and preferred supervisor experience
