Overview:
Call Center-Customer Service Representative – Morrison/Academy Air
Salary: $17 - $18/hr + potential weekly bonus'
Hours needed are: 10am-6:30pm Monday, Tues, Weds and Friday, Sat 9am-5:30pm. Off Thurs and Sunday.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience (Must Have), customer service and call center experience
- Call Center experience 1+ years - Required
- Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus!
- Weekend availability
- Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
- Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
- Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attendance
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
Responsibilities:
What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
