About the Role:

Robert Half is seeking a talented Social Content Designer for a client in the retail sector. This onsite role in Dallas-Fort Worth involves creating engaging and visually stunning social media content to elevate the client's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts for posts, stories, ads, and other digital media.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content.

Social Content Designer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Content Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful social media content.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
