- Monitor and manage customer accounts regularly
- Utilize MS Excel for the calculation of commissions and bonuses
- Ensure adherence to payroll-related policies and guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to streamline payroll processes
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Assist in the development of payroll reports for record-keeping purposes
- Stay updated with current regulations, best practices, and industry trends related to payroll processing. • Proficiency in processing payroll
- Experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of payroll policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Experience in multi-state payroll processing preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
