Job Description- Manage and oversee on-site construction activities for ground-up projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Lead site logistics, ensuring all subcontractors, vendors, and team members are coordinated and productive.
- Develop and implement 2-week look-ahead schedules, working closely with the scheduler to maintain overall project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers (PM), Senior Project Managers (SPM), Project Executives (PX), Assistant Project Managers (APM), and Project Engineers (PE) to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents, depending on project size and scope.
- Utilize software tools such as Procore and Vista to manage project documentation and scheduling.
- Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeline.

The Successful Applicant- 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction, with a preference for K-12, commercial, retail, and municipal projects.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $20M to $50M.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor assistant superintendents as needed.
- Proficiency with Procore and Vista software.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of the construction process, from scheduling to subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple aspects of project work with minimal supervision.
- Salary: $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
- Company vehicle and gas card.
- Bonus potential: Up to $10,000 annually.
- 401(k) plan with a 4% company match.
