Inventory Analyst

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the service industry for an Inventory Analyst located in Concord, California. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of reconciling multiple systems during a system upgrades, maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger and physical inventory in both old and new systems, and utilizing advanced spreadsheet and Inventory accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile systems during system upgrades to ensure balance and accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of both the general ledger and physical inventory across different systems
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills for effective inventory accounting
• Employ auditing techniques to verify the integrity and accuracy of inventory records
• Use the Intacct ERP system for efficient inventory management
• Implement automated inventory systems to streamline inventory processes
• Carry out account reconciliation tasks to rectify any discrepancies in records.-
• Demonstrable proficiency in auditing practices and principles
• Extensive experience with Intacct ERP software
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and pivot tables
• Familiarity with automated inventory management systems
• Proven skills in account reconciliation, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
