Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking for a results-driven Accounts Payable Specialist in a temporary to full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a proven knowledge of matching purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts payable functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including reviewing, processing and reconciliation of invoices.
- Match purchase orders to invoices, verify appropriate approvals, and enter invoices into the system.
- Ensure that all transactions comply with company’s policies and procedures.
- Prepare accounts payable checks.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Proficient knowledge of Netsuite is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The individual in this position will be based at our Beverly Hills location and must be able to work on-site.
