Stick Packing Machine Operator (Viking Masek Machines)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Viking Masek Vertical Form, Fill, and Seal (VFFS) stick packaging machines.
• Monitor product quality and perform regular quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide accurate and timely production progress reports to shift supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Lead and mentor team members in a production environment when required.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience operating and maintaining VFFS stick pack machines, preferably Viking Masek equipment.
• High mechanical and technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• High attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all aspects of production.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and leadership effectively.
• Experience in a team lead position is preferred.
