Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 100 eCommerce enterprise in search of a Senior Brand Marketing Manager. This role will focus on driving strategic, cross-channel marketing initiatives for a leading retail brand, overseeing mass digital campaigns and global style guide development.
Location: NYC, Los Angeles, or Seattle (onsite 3 days/week, WFH 2 days)
Duration: 11-month contract
Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative briefs to shape design strategies for retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer insights and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end development of retail campaigns, from strategic setup to execution, ensuring stakeholder approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of global retail style guides for key events such as Back to School, Holiday, and evergreen initiatives, ensuring consistency across global markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Planning, Creative, Media, and Insights, to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage key creative initiatives, including holiday campaigns and connected digital experiences, ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement communication structures and processes to enhance performance and share learnings across teams.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative approach to campaign management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns for large brands with a focus on cross-channel execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external creative agencies.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
