Job Description
The key responsibilities of the role include the following:
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the investor landscape and investment strategies.
- Oversee due diligence activities including questionnaires and on-site meetings.
- Coordinate and manage investor materials such as reports, presentations, and marketing content
- Manage the Investor Relations inbox.
- Administer the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data entry, account management, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with investment teams, operations staff, and external partners.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance (Required)
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant investor relations experience in financial services.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented.
- Creative thinker
- A strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership mentality.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Resilience and persistence; someone who goes the extra mile.
