Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and significant experience with system implementation projects.
Familiarity with Dayforce is strongly preferred, as this role will play a key part in the optimization and ongoing support of our HRIS platform.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000/yr.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce, ensuring smooth operation and effective system utilization.
- Lead or assist in the implementation and configuration of the Dayforce system
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update system configurations, workflows, and integrations to align with organizational changes.
- Generate and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Provide end-user training and support, addressing issues and ensuring system adoption.
- Conduct routine audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Document system processes, procedures, and updates for reference and continuity.
- Stay current on HRIS trends, system updates, and best practices to recommend process enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in HRIS roles, including system implementation projects.
- Strong proficiency in Dayforce is strongly preferred; experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and recruiting, performance management, and compliance.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Excel or business intelligence software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Dayforce or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs or middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
