Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with overall business strategy
- Design optimal organization plan to maximize the growth of the company according to the business environment
- Manage and oversee HR operations such as payroll, personal income tax, attendance, etc.
- Review compensation and benefit policy from time to time in order to maintain competitiveness in talent market
- Initiate performance management policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment and selection process and onboarding procedures.
- Set human resource development policy and lead training programs, aligning with the company growth strategy
- Search for and introduce HR related IT systems such as ATS, attendance management, talent management, etc.
- Manage and assist in expats payroll, income tax clearance, visa applications, etc
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to build a company culture thats in line with CADDis values and objectives.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements with understanding existing and new legislation.
- Communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholders such as the HR team in Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and other countries.
- Perform ad hoc duties related to human resources
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in working as HR manager for global and multicultural organization
- Hands-on experience in HR operations
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Experience in designing HR policies such as grading, C&B, performance management, etc.
- Experience in working for startup or small to mid sized organization
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Working experience in IT, SaaS, consulting firms, manufacturing or trading companies.
- Knowledge of HR IT systems and databases
