$91,000 - $122,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Upload job postings and ads on industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
- Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
- Research and identify potential real estate agent candidates
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout screening and hiring process
- Provide detailed information about position responsibilities, company organizational structure, and anticipated outcomes
- Clearly communicate key performance indicators and the value they bring to the position
