Commercial Carpenter/Painter

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter and Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for framing walls with metal studs and track, hanging drywall, making minor repairs, finishing, and painting. The position will cover commercial renovations, alterations, as well as handyman type repair work when required.

*Duties*

Frame walls in a commercial setting with metal studs and track
Hang drywall in a commercial setting as well as finish and paint as required
Install and repair doors, as well as door hardware such as handles and hydraulic closers
Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to complete projects efficiently

*Requirements*

Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
Capability to perform physical labor as needed
Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
Experience with painting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
