Seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure they are available and utilized efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and safety logs.
• Resolve on-site conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize project disruptions.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices, codes, and regulations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites in PA and NJ.
