Summary of Position:As the Project Coordinator you will serve an integral role assisting with key duties supporting the Director and Project Management team with critical project management and administrative tasks. As a key part of the integrated design build team you will work to drive high quality, efficient and quick delivery of zero emission vehicle and distributed generation projects across North America.

Who you are:You are an integral part of our multidisciplinary project teams, with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills. You've demonstrated comfortability working with a cohesive team, supporting multiple Project Managers on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Provide program and project level support to assigned team including:
- DG/EV/CHP programs and projects
- Team meetings / conference coordination and support
- Preparation / upkeep of team documents, reports, templates, etc.
- Set meetings, agendas and assist with meeting minutes.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, quotes, purchase orders and emails.
- Update Project Management Information System(s); i.e. Sharepoint, Sitevue, Monday.com, Salesforce, Site Tracker, etc.,
- Assist in administrative tasks for financial tasks of the project and program managers as required.
- Client Change Orders
- Vendor/Third Party SCAs & Change Orders
- Coordinate project set up.
- Creates project folder on shared drive and files/distributes received project documents
- Initiates project set up with accounting (routes PM approved buy out and project info report)
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar work experience
- High School Diploma
- 2-year Associates degree a plus
- Experience with MS Office required; Word, Excel, Project and Power Point; Salesforce, Vista Accounting Software.
Team: You will work with the project teams, supporting both Project and Program Managers.
Work Location:This is a hybrid role that can sit out of either our Ontario, CA, Tampa, FL, West Chester, PA or Somerville, NJ office. The expectation is that you'll be in 1 day a week.
