As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our clients' accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), prepare financial statements, and provide tax guidance.

The role includes handling account reconciliations, supporting client onboarding, and assisting with month-end close and financial reporting activities. Experience with QuickBooks is essential for performing these tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Provide tax guidance and assist in tax planning strategies.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and manage the general ledger.
  • Support the client onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage financial reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
  • Demonstrable experience with General Ledger management.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Journal Entries.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Month End Close procedures.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks software.
  • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
