Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Solutions Consultant who excels in lead generation and client acquisition. This role is perfect for a driven professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales skills to develop new business opportunities and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their recruitment needs and present HireHint’s tailored solutions to address those needs effectively.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and promote long-term partnerships.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and keep accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and recruitment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful fulfillment of recruitment projects.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a lead generation or sales role within a staffing/recruitment agency in the U.S.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but significant experience can substitute for formal education.
