Senior Manager, Wholesale
Position Summary
TheSenior Manager, Wholesale
will develop and manage wholesale and corporate sales channels. He/she will be responsible for delivering the financial performance internally (sales) and externally (account performance) to drive wholesale performance through an underlying commitment to best-in-class talent, brand execution, operational excellence and collaboration with partners.
This is a full-time role with Under Armour based at our Sydney office, located at 2B/41-45 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015, Australia.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Planners to execute distribution strategy for Australia and New Zealand
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.Identify new wholesale accounts, specialist doors, and corporate and institutional customers to meet annual wholesale targets
Understand wholesale partners business, retail landscape, city business and account map and competitors to identify product sales opportunities to drive more sell in and replenishment
Lead all customer facing touchpoints within GTM calendar, including prelines and sell ins.
Drive partnership performance through the engagement of key stakeholders, and coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
Build and maintain the business relationship with the wholesale partners and act as a trusted consultant to provide support and resolve issuesConduct seasonal, quarterly and monthly business review with accounts and develop and execute the proper product assortment plan for them
Liaise with Marketing and VM to create and execute GTM plan in line with strategic account plans
Liaise with Merchandising to ensure seasonal and long-term assortment plan maximizes business goals
Liaise with Supply Chain, Planning and Finance functions on financial forecasting, product delivery schedule and payment
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the wholesale landscape.Strategic thinking, being able to build and execute long-term strategic plans and partnerships with national retail partners.

Education And / Or Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
5 or more years of wholesale, inventory management or retail marketing related experience and with 2 or more years of supervisory or management experience included
