- Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
- Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests
- Transactional record upkeep and updates
- Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)
- Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.
- Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of Otsuka processes/technology
- Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations
- Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested Qualifications/Experience: 5 to 10 years experience with Workday HCM, and Recruiting
- Workday HCM Certification is a Plus
- Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus
- Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a Plus
