Our client is a global asset management firm that invests in some of the worlds most exciting startups. With over $20 billion in assets under management and a successful 30 year track record, they are strategically poised for growth in 2024.

They are looking for new fund accountant

Responsibilities include:

• Handling new and ongoing deal processes, including bookkeeping and data entry
• Updating capitalization tables and valuing portfolios
• Reviewing quarterly financial statements of funds
• Preparing financial statements for employee funds
• Conducting historical trend analysis and creating ad hoc reports
• Managing cash flow, including capital calls and distributions
• Performing quarterly reviews of portfolios
• Assisting with audits and tax-related tasks

• 2+ years in fund accounting or audit experience
• Strong present - must be culture oriented/agreeable/easy to work with
• ideally experience with Lemonedge software
