IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager

Overview:

The IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager leads a team of internal and external technical resources to deliver and support secure global IT solutions at Resonetics. The role will deliver new infrastructure and security-related initiatives as well as manage day-to-day operations across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical and strategic direction to a global team comprised of internal and external resources responsible for delivering secure end-to-end infrastructure solutions across Resonetics.
• Document standards and procedures to ensure global technical teams work in a consistent manner to deliver IT services. Measure conformance and develop and execute on plan to close identified gaps.
• Develop key performance metrics and implement monitoring system to measure and report on status and security of global infrastructure.
• Partner with business users to identify and propose right-sized infrastructure solutions to meet Resonetics’ business requirements.
• Assist team in resolution of technical challenges, provide business and technical direction, and allocate team resources as appropriate.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, allocate resources, and deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve value delivered by Resonetics’ IT infrastructure investments.
• Proactively develop and propose plans to enable refresh and updates to critical legacy infrastructure.
• Maintain solid communication on infrastructure-related deliverables with all stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with global IT infrastructure and operations vendors.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of overall IT Infrastructure and Operations experience.
• 2+ years’ experience managing an Infrastructure and Operations team within a multi-site IT infrastructure environment. Vendor management experience preferred.
