As the Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Helping Hands Family, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to clinical excellence in autism therapy.You'll lead efforts to continuously improve evidence-based practices and oversee a rigorous quality assurance program to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities
» Lead and enhance our internal quality assurance programs, ensuring the highest standards in patient care.
» Collaborate with leadership to drive measurable improvements in clinical quality.
» Communicate effectively across teams to foster a culture of compliance and excellence.
» Provide expert guidance on regulatory and accreditation matters, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
✔ BCBA Certification issued by the BACB or CHC, Certified Healthcare Consultant.
✔ Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
✔ Experience in the field of ABA; experience as an RBT is a plus for newly certified BCBAs.
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
