Job Description

The Project Manager will:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement of materials and labor.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, schedules, permits, and invoices.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial and multi-family construction projects.
• Proven experience with retail, apartment, restaurant, and medical facility construction.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
