Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement of materials and labor.
- Lead project meetings, providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, schedules, permits, and invoices.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial and multi-family construction projects.
- Proven experience with retail, apartment, restaurant, and medical facility construction.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
