Position Overview: ASC Global is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the electronic components sector. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, and leverage your industry network to generate leads and drive sales.

Your efforts will be crucial in communicating our value propositions, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts.
  • Use your network to find leads and increase sales.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of ASC Global’s electronic components and solutions.
  • Create and follow sales plans to reach and exceed goals.
  • Research the market to understand trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Strong connections with buyers and an established network of industry contacts.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic components and the technology sector.
  • Skilled in communication, negotiation, and making presentations.
  • Excellent at analyzing situations and solving problems.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years of proven success in selling electronic components or related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

Expected Hours of Work: Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Travel: Some travel required.
