The successful candidate will manage all aspects of ERP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and client expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, consultants, and developers, to define project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
- Work closely with product owners and business leaders to prioritize and manage the ERP project backlog, ensuring that the most critical features and updates are delivered first.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring all milestones are met and potential roadblocks are proactively addressed.
- Support and coach project teams in the adoption of Agile methodologies, focusing on continuous improvement and team efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and ensuring clear communication across all levels.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments, ensuring that the project stays on track and aligns with business needs.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project-related risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage ERP-specific project management tools, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of project progress.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment to ensure smooth interactions between business and technical teams.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, with hands-on experience managing ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems).
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading Agile teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving complex ERP projects to successful completion.
- Excellent understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and how to integrate them into an organization.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.) and agile tracking tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and environments, while keeping projects on track.
