Job Description
  • Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and track project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Cost Tracking: Record and analyze project costs to ensure they align with budgeted amounts.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for clients or contractors, ensuring timely payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports related to project progress, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile project accounts and resolve discrepancies between project costs and financial records.
  • Contract Management: Review contracts and agreements to ensure financial compliance with terms.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure the project has adequate funds for ongoing expenses.
  • Forecasting: Assist in the development of financial forecasts and updates to project stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and project success.
  • Audit Preparation: Prepare for and assist in internal and external audits related to project finances.

The Successful Applicant
