Senior Electrical Engineer
Basic Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: High speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs, Advanced memory devices and storage protocols, Design for Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC).
What sets you apart:
- Expert-level understanding of hardware development processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project
- Experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques
- Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry, constraint manager, HyperLynx SI/PI analysis
- Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas

Combined Salary Range: USD $146,204.00 - USD $162,195.00 /Yr.
