Responsibilities:
IAE supports the migration of these two legacy systems onto a new Common Services Platform (CSP) driven by Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps best practices. The IAE is a presidentially mandated E-Government initiative designed to improve the federal procurement and award processes using innovative technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for Servicenow Business Analysis on an upgrade of a Servicenow ticketing system for the GSA.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certification (Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent).
- 5-8 years of proven experience in QA testing with a focus on ServiceNow platform and integrations.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others.
- Solid experience in developing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP, REST).
- Proficiency with testing tools like Jira, ALM, or similar for defect tracking and management.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
