Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage income and indirect tax operations within the organization.
• Handle the complexity of tax operations due to the large partnership structure and multi-state operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Lead the preparation of annual income tax provision and corporate tax compliance.
• Manage the corporate tax department and ensure efficient operation.
• Oversee the preparation of multi-state tax returns.
• Handle monthly sales tax duties and obligations.
• Ensure accurate tax records are maintained and updated as necessary.
• Resolve tax-related inquiries and issues in a prompt and effective manner.
• Monitor tax implications of the organization's operations and implement appropriate strategies.
• Proficiency in Annual Income Tax Provision
• Demonstrable experience in Compliance
• Previous work in a Corporate Tax Department
• Expertise in Corporate Tax Compliance
• Solid understanding of Corporate Income Tax
• Familiarity with Monthly Sales Tax
• Experience preparing and filing Multi-state Tax Returns
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Coach (CTC) preferred
• Knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to staying updated on current tax laws and regulations.
